Configuring the Workflow<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Fill in the workflow details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose the Type of Users<\/strong> to link the workflow to (Corporates, Trainers, or Trainees).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the Workflow Title<\/strong> in both English and Arabic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Assigning the Workflow<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Choose how to assign the workflow:\n
        \n
      • Automatic Assignment<\/strong>: Assign the workflow automatically to new users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Form-Based Assignment<\/strong>: Assign the workflow when a form is submitted.\n
          \n
        • In this case, admins must create a custom page<\/strong> that includes a form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The workflow will then be visible in the Trainee\u2019s account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          Adding Workflow Levels<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Add levels to the workflow:\n
              \n
            • Enter the Level Title<\/strong> in both English and Arabic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Specify the Number of Steps<\/strong> for the level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Choose whether the level should be Bypassable<\/strong> or Downgradable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Write the Template Email<\/strong> for approval or rejection notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click Add<\/strong> to create the level.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              Managing Workflow Owners & Users<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

              1. Add Owners<\/strong> (Admins or Corporates) to the levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Assign users to manage the workflow status<\/strong> (Approve or Decline).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                Viewing Workflow Status<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                1. The workflow status<\/strong> will be visible in the Trainee\u2019s account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
