The trainer can issue electronic certificates and letters to all users. Among its various uses is issuing certificates of appreciation and distinguished letters of introduction to users.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">To browse the certificate templates page options, click the <strong>Certificate Templates<\/strong> tab from the sidebar where you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create new templates&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export exciting ones&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the table view&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View, edit, copy, and delete the template.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"459\" src=\"https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-1024x459.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4063\" srcset=\"https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-1024x459.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-768x344.jpg 768w, https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-360x161.jpg 360w, https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate-18x8.jpg 18w, https:\/\/usermanual.leadxera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Certificatetemplate.jpg 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To create a certificate template:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the <strong>Certificate Templates<\/strong> tab from the sidebar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the <strong>Create Template<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the template title.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the template description (It shows in the templates table).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In the <strong>Body <\/strong>box, add text, images, or placeholders. A placeholder allows you to add custom data from the database (such as username, user ID, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the language of the placeholder to match the certificate language.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system provides texting editing options like color, font size, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u201c+\u201d icon to add other bodies. (Optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the background color, or you can upload your own design for the certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Check the <strong>Include Border<\/strong> checkbox if you want the certificate template to have a border and select its color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Check\/uncheck the <strong>Hide the QR code<\/strong> to decide whether to hide or show the QR code. (The QR code is a unique ID for each certificate the system provides.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can allow trainers to issue certificates from this template by checking the corresponding checkbox, or you can make this template private.
